  3. Securely pack your items, include the packing slip, and attach the label to your package.
  4. Drop your package at the designated carrier location.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, including clearance merchandise, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain categories are final sale.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not liable for return packages lost in transit.

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges based on availability. To initiate an exchange, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired size on our website.

Refund Process
